At night there was a "Merdeka Ride" the focal point being at the Jerudong Park Playground Foodstalls, Various bikes can be seen from super fast bike to Touring bikes and the Infamous Cubs!
We rode from JB Tutong with 8 Bikes consisting of Tini, Sujee, Awoi, Kadum, El kapitan, G DD, Inon & myself! After the gathering we decided to have supper at the Thy* foodcourt at gadong. Along the way we encountered rain, Upon reaching the food court, My missus ordered the current favourite, the Nasi katok MAMA, The combination of fried chicken & the sambal really compliments each other! We were at the food court for nearly 2 hours coz we were waiting for the rain! Kadum and wan who later joined us at the food court went home early because Wan had to work early the following morning!
Decided to ride in the heavy rain went going back home, we waited for nearly 1 hrs but there was no sign on the rain subsiding. Along the way it was an intermittent of Heavy rain & I kid you not it was really pouring! Upon reaching home, My apparels was soaked inside out! Anyways it was fun riding in the heavy rain after quite some time not experiencing that! As a summary I learned that the old saying "keep your friends Close but keep your enemies closer" is really true after witnessing a few serious and threatening jokes amongst ourselves!
Did not have time to play with my Cuddly angoras today! Here is a picture of one these sweethearts cuddling on my belly. This one is named Cozmo!!
